In the world of the Lego® figures, of course:

Created with the “Mini-Mizer” from Reasonably Clever (they also have a different version with a different view and selection). They don’t offer a back view, but I assume everyone knows how these figures are constructed? Anyway, I’ve quickly portrayed this in yellow:

(By the way, do actual skin-colored Lego figures exist nowadays?)
