Transposing digits

A little riddle – for you, for me, for everyone:

How do you have to transpose the digits of the number 1558 in order to get 1588?

Well, I don’t know either. Maybe we should ask the author of tonight’s Heise news message about Nvidia’s notebook drivers a “Zahlendreher” = transposed digits:

zahlendreher
