Not the most intensive kind of yellow one could imagine, but delicious: a Kaiserschmarrn as offered by the butcher next door every two or three weeks on Fridays at lunchtime.

Mal abgesehen davon, dass eine Metzger-Imbiss-Ecke (wo es auch noch andere Gerichte gibt) natürlich nicht immer mit einem “richtigen” Restaurant mithalten kann – schon das Ambiente einer weißen Schaumstoffschale (zum Mitnehmen) ist eher begrenzt –:
