Now what?

There must be a better way to write payment notes (with existing direct debiting authorization!) on invoices that this:

Überweisung/Abbuchung

Translation:
Please always use the prepared transfer form for payment (see top left)!
Total amount will be directly debited from your account.”

    Die bisherigen sieben Ausgaben in diesem Zehn-Teile-Abo haben sie auch abgebucht, also mach ich mir da keine Gedanken…

    Auf der letzten Rechnung – grad nachgeschaut – stand der erste, fette Satz übrigens nicht. Wahrscheinlich haben die das jetzt als Standardtext eingefügt, weil genug Leute da was falsches hingeschrieben haben – oder eher weil sie unbedingt eine Nummer der Form “108xxxxxxxxx1” im Verwendungszweck unter “Kunden- bzw. Rechnungsnummer” haben wollen, obwohl die Kundennr. die Form “123/xxxxxxxxx” hat und keine Rechnungsnummer angegeben ist.
