Music Quiz 32

Welcome to the latest music quiz – this time as initial letter riddle: I show the first letters of each word of titles or several lines from the lyrics, and you have to guess title and artist.

If you need examples, check out the quiz from 5 Aug

There’s a bunch of 5 riddles this afternoon – and another 5 at about 20:00! And if needed, I’ll give hints from time to time (but in German, unless there actually is an English participant)… In case of doubt, I used the lyrics versions from LyricWiki.

Avantasia: Carry Me Over
Never been told my prayers would be answered
Wherever I go I see you around
Never been told about something that beautiful
Will bring me up to let me down

Carry me over, carry me over
Carry me over now
Carry me over, carry me over
Carry me over now

Skunk Anansie: Hedonism (Just Because You Feel Good)
(stimmt, das Lied von oben ;) )
I hope you’re feeling happy now
I see you feel no pain at all it seems
I wonder what you’re doin’ now
I wonder if you think of me at all
Do you still play the same moves now
Or are those special moods
For someone else
I hope you’re feeling happy now

Just because you feel good
Doesn’t make you right (oh no)
Just because you feel good
Still want you here tonight

D y s n f

C I
T I d
T A I w t f
T I a p l
T W m e

See me ride out of the sunset
On your colour TV screen
Out for all that I can get
If you know what I mean
Women to the left of me
And women to the right
Ain’t got no gun
Ain’t got no knife
Don’t you start no fight

‘Cause I’m
(T.N.T.) I’m dynamite
(T.N.T.) And I’ll win the fight
(T.N.T.) I’m a power load
(T.N.T.) Watch me explode

1: Metallica: The Day That Never Comes

  2. c

Der Anfang deines nächsten Hattricks? 1 ist richtig

  3. D

    4 stimmt auch!

  11. PM

Skunk Anansie: Hedonism (Just because you feel good)

  12. PM

    3: Faith no more: Epic

und Skunk Anansie war natürlich 2

  13. c

    Heute Abend geht’s dann weiter.

Zu Faith no more: wer? was?

Grml!

  20. c

Hat er. Also streng dich am Abend an, mach Überstunden, wenn nötig.

  21. PM

6: U2 Where the Streets have no name

  22. J

6 –> U2 – Where the streets have no name

  23. c

6:  an beide – nur 3 Sekunden Abstand!

  24. D

  25. c

    7 David: Wenn man’s kennt… :|

  26. D

  28. c

Ein paar Tips sind da – siehe oben…

  29. c

    …und noch mehr Tips…

  30. PM

    7: Avantasia: Carry Me Over

  31. J

    7 –> Avantasia – Carry Me Over

  32. J

  33. c

    7: Richtig  – diesmal waren’s 92 Sekunden…

  34. J

10 –> In Extremo – Frei Zu Sein

  35. c

    10:

  36. J

    9 –> AC/DC T.N.T.

  37. c

    9:

  38. c

  47. c

Wie oben blassgelb hinterlegt steht, ja, “– Alles gelöst –”. Da bist du ’nen Tag zu spät. :D
