Next Tuesday, Sep 23, at the usual time of 16:00 (4 pm CEST = 14:00 UTC) will see the next round of the music quiz – and again, it’s going to be a new kind which, assuming it works and you like it, will take turns with the picture and initial letter riddles.

Alright, it’s pretty clear that something is being reflected in the water, as is which lake this is… so the more concrete question:
What is reflected in the water?
Solved by David: The yellow stripes that are reflected here prevent the boat (on the left) from being shit on by birds like the boat on the right:
A Web phenomenon
…well, it’s a German quiz on Spiegel Online about Web phenomenons with Lolcats, the Star Wars Kid, etc., and they actually linked to the YouTube videos and other sources, which they don’t do that often. 
Anyway, I got all 9 answers correct…
