And that on a Dult (=fair) Sunday (with shops open from 1 pm). The few bold vendors that had come anyway had to struggle with fierce squalls and later continous rain, which made not only the one with the wooden hut (2nd photo) leave early.

The building site of Pfaffenhofen’s town hall which is currently being renovated/restored was open to the public today, including explanations by architects, planners, and the mayor. I added seven photos of this to my Pfaffenhofen gallery – here the thumbnails with direct links to the larger images with a few explanations:

…(translated from Bavarian) said a woman before me on the annual Pfaffenhofen night flea market (which, despite its name, starts at 2 pm), where relatively many purely private sellers show up.
