Lifeless
I could have done it the easy way and re-post last week’s cemetary gate photo, but I thought I could do a liiiittle more… So while I was thinking what to show, PictureArtist’s animal skull photo gave me this idea:
Topic 03: Lifeless
A little fossil fish, about 7 centimeters long – can’t tell how old, I got that little slate since I was a child, and any info that may have accompanied it is lost… can anyone tell more about the fossil?
Color contrast has been increased quite a lot here, originaly the slate is a pale ochre color; otherwise you wouldn’t see half as many details.
Lifeless – but still, fossils can tell us a lot…

oh – das ist klasse ;-)) leider kann ich dir auch nicht sagen, was für ein fischli das ist. ich finde das thema unheimlich spannend und vielleicht hast du auch glück, dass noch jemand bei dir vorhei schaut, der weiß, was das fischli früher mal so zu tun hatte :-))

was für ein tier ? vll ein Leptolepides sprattiformis (Sprotte, Beutefisch)

Gut das es passen könnte. Alles andere musst du wahrscheinlich eh bei den Fachleuten im Labor oder so machen lassen.
Und ein toter Fisch darf auch mal falsch rum liegen. Nach den ganzen Jahren unter Steinen macht ihm das auch nix mehr aus.

Danke. Noch lebloser (wenn man das denn steigern könnte) wäre es gewissermaßen, wenn das, was irgendwann mal draufgefallen ist (siehe Beschädigung), den Fisch getroffen hätte…
