With certificate and stuff…

FF3 certificate Sorry for joining everybody else in writing a post about Firefox 3 whose download world record attempt timeframe lasts until, well, either 18:16 UTC, or 17:00 UTC as the German version of that page says (as of this writing)…

I wanted to use this opportunity to thank the creators for making such a super great participation certificate (see my image on the right) which is perfectly suited to be put in every store window and on every wall (every wall in every room!) in at least A2 size so you can feel really, really proud and flaunt it to everybody!

Projekt 52 week 24: Tools

The topic of week 24 in Sari’s photo Projekt 52:

Tools

Without further ado, let’s get right to the photo:

24: Tools

Week 24: Tools

A photo that’s ambiguous in multiple ways: A little house made of bits, i.e. screwdriver head pieces with the same name as the basic unit of information storage, with a USB stick (containing even more bits) from our company which offers (mostly software) tools for PC diagnosis (and more) as door. Sorry for this little advertising… ;)

Synchronicity

I was reading in the feed reader about the new Thunderbird update for the first time, and which window wants attention right at that moment?

TB 2.0.0.14

Of course the update notification window. Just coincidence? ;)

Depends… Of course there are no “mysterious vibes” or anything like that, but just the fact that the update was new and it wasn’t long after I had switched on the PC and started the daily routine of reading mail and feeds – so rather even a certain causal relation and nothing that’d be useful for my mystic/pseudoscience satire. :P
